Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. The goal of this page is to make the process of getting started feel simple, clear, and supportive.
Through the client portal, you can request appointments, complete paperwork, review documents, and manage your counseling information securely online.
Counseling begins with a 60-minute intake session. This first appointment gives us time to discuss what brings you in, understand your goals, and begin identifying the next steps forward.
Ongoing individual sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. Couples sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes to allow space for both individuals to be heard and supported.

Billing & Insurance
Payment Information
The goal is to make the financial side of counseling as clear and straightforward as possible.
Initial Intake
$175 for the initial 60-minute intake and assessment session.
Ongoing Sessions
$160 per clinical hour for ongoing counseling sessions.
Payment Methods
Cash, checks, HSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Insurance Information
Bryan is an in-network provider with Ambetter Health. If you have a different insurance plan, documentation can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Before your first appointment, it may be helpful to contact your insurance provider and ask:
- What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many therapy sessions are covered each year?
- What reimbursement rate is provided per session?
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Changes
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible so the time can be opened for another client. Otherwise, the regular session fee may apply.
