We help individuals and couples live with greater intention—in their relationships, emotional health, physical well-being, and faith.

Bryan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, speaker, and co-founder of The Intentional Way. For more than 20 years, he has helped people move toward healing, clarity, stronger relationships, and meaningful growth through counseling, intensives, speaking, and practical marriage resources.

Stephanie is a coach, speaker, wellness advocate, and co-founder of The Intentional Way. She helps people build sustainable habits and pursue health physically, emotionally, and spiritually with warmth, encouragement, and practical accountability.

Together, we create Christ-centered resources and experiences that help people move from simply understanding what needs to change to taking intentional steps toward lasting growth.

Stephanie’s Work

Stephanie helps people build healthier, more intentional lives from the inside out. Her coaching focuses on sustainable habits, personal responsibility, encouragement, and whole-person wellness—body, mind, and spirit.

She is the author of On a Fast Track with God and Be on Track with God, and she partners with Bryan in marriage events, speaking, and practical resources for couples. Her natural warmth and real-life perspective help people pursue growth without perfectionism or shame.

Bryan and Stephanie have been married since 2003 and are the parents of Kylee and Joshua. Their work grows out of their shared belief that healthy lives and healthy marriages are built intentionally, one faithful step at a time.
