Welcome to Bryan Vignery’s Client Portal, your one-stop place to check availability, request or manage appointments, and review and sign paperwork. The goal is to keep things simple and clear so you can focus on what matters most: your growth and healing.

Your journey with me begins with a 60-minute intake session. This first session gives us time to get to know each other, talk through what brings you in, and set some initial goals for our work together. From there, individual sessions typically last 50–60 minutes, while couples sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes so both partners have space to be heard and supported.

Billing & Payment

• Initial Intake and Assessment: $175

• Ongoing Sessions: $160 per clinical hour

• Payment: Due at the time of each session

I’m an in-network provider with Ambetter Health. If you have a different insurance plan, I’ll submit your out-of-network claim on your behalf to help maximize reimbursement. Before your first appointment, it’s a good idea to confirm your benefits with your provider. Helpful questions include:

• What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• How many therapy sessions are covered per year?

• What is the reimbursement rate per session?

Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, HSA cards, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be opened for someone else. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
