The Intentional Way

Two Kinds of Coaching. One Intentional Way.

Bryan and Stephanie coach different things. Bryan works with identity, purpose, and the patterns that keep people stuck. Stephanie works with health, fitness, and nutrition. Start with whichever fits where you are right now.

We both coach from a Christ-centered foundation — spiritual growth is part of the work, not something bolted on beside it — and we each work with individuals and with couples.
